The Role
As Senior Operational Risk Manager , you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank's operational risk and resilience framework and provide support to the existing Operational Risk Team.
Your responsibilities
- Active participation on the Bank's Operational Risk Framework including performance of test of controls and management of new project and topics
- Business Continuity Management and operational resilience framework
- Preparation of reporting to Senior Management
Ideal Profile
- University degree (university / FH) in Finance or Economics
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of BCM, Audit or Operational Risk
- Ability to weight problems and set priorities with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholder
- Hands-on mentality and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to take responsibility with capability to work independently
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in English
