Amplifon AGZG, CHHR Specialist 80-100% (German / French language) HROperations Reporting to our local Head of HR, the HR Specialistwill be responsible for all related HR processes, incl. recruiting,activities and initiatives in the Country to enhance and supportthe achievement of Business goals while ensuring the delivery of anexcellent customer experience and operational executions. KeyResponsibilities Within this role, you work in close collaborationwith the HR Director, the HR Operations and the different linemanagers. Fluent German and French language skills are mandatoryfor this position. Key activities / responsibilities you willoversee : Talent Acquisition & Talent Management - Support thefull recruitment process (from intake to contractnegotiation / onboarding) - Support the Design and implementation ofan overall recruiting strategy together with the Head of HR -Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications -Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements andobjectives - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs toappropriate job boards / universities, etc. - Screen candidatesresumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using variousreliable recruiting and selection tools / methods (by usingdatabases, social media, universities etc.) to filter candidateswithin schedule - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills,soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Support and buildinnovative Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition strategies inline with the Group strategy (University marketing activities,strategic partnerships etc.) - Built a candidate pipeline, act as apoint of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsduring the selection process - manage the apprenticeship program tobuild up a strong succession pipeline HR Administration - Supportthe full Employee life cycle (Contract generation, all admin topicsetc.) - Onboard new employees, prepare apprentice onboarding daysin strong partnership with the business - Support the performancemanagement process together with the Head of HR - Participation ininternational projects as Employee Engagement, Employer of Choiceinitiatives, Social Media - Monitor and apply HR recruiting bestpractices, provide Recruiting KPI, general reporting etc. - Promotecompany’s reputation as “best place to work” Business Partnership -Advise and coach stakeholders in HR related topics with a strongfocus and involvement in our field management - Be a partner in thetransformation of our business and act as a role model in embracingchange - Act as a partner for our employees in various topicsPayroll and Controlling - Payroll preparation - Workforce planningand HR Controlling What you'll need to succeed - Hold of a master’sdegree or equivalent by experience - 3 / 5 years of experience in a“soft HR” role and / or Talent Acquisition – preferably in aninternal HR Department - Experience in Employer Branding programs -Language skills : German, English, French, Italian (is a plus) -Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus - Proactive approachand enthusiastic personality - Strong communicator with the abilityto create and cultivate relationships - Change agent and growthmindset, willing to go the extra mile in a dynamic environment -Payroll certification is a plus What we offer - An international,dynamic and innovative working environment in a future-orientedcompany. - A motivated and committed team that wants to achievegreat things together. - Engaging, diverse responsibilities andability to work independently with plenty of opportunities to helpshape the company. - Possibility to work from home. - Very goodsocial benefits (covering of KTG / UVG = higher net salary) - Freeemployee parking at the company headquarters. #JC
