Our opportunity:
As part of the Guest Experience & Operations Intelligence team, you will collaborate as a strategic data partner for Learning and Restaurant Operations. You will analyze large, multi-source datasets related to learning effectiveness, workforce performance, and operational outcomes, transforming data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.
This role blends advanced analytics, dashboarding, and stakeholder collaboration to support data-driven decision-making across global restaurant operations and training programs.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
The employment contract will be provided by a third-party employment. We are providing a full time, indefinite employment contract.
Your roles and responsibilities:
Learning & Performance Analytics
- Design, define, and monitor KPIs across learning, workforce, and operational performance (, training effectiveness, engagement, retention, operational outcomes, guest feedback).
- Analyze learning and operational data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business objectives into measurable analytical frameworks and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to global stakeholders.
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources, including Learning Management Systems, HR systems, CRM platforms, guest feedback tools, and operational datasets.
- Build, maintain, and automate scalable dashboards and reports in Power BI, enabling self-service analytics for leadership and regional teams.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise data standards and governance practices.
Communication & Collaboration
- Partner with Learning & Development, Restaurant Operations teams, and subject-matter experts to turn insights into operational improvements.
- Support pilot initiatives, A/B testing, and tool validation through structured data analysis.
- Measure and communicate the impact of learning and operational initiatives using quantitative evidence.
Trend Analysis & Forecasting
- Conduct trend analysis and exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and emerging opportunities.
- Track progress against targets and proactively flag areas requiring intervention.
- Analyze learning, engagement, and retention trends to anticipate future training and operational needs.
- Develop concise executive summaries and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights and recommended actions.
Your skills and experience:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics or data science.
- 2-4 years in data analytics roles. Previous working experience in a QSR restaurant is highly desired.
- Strong experience level in analysis, managing data from different platforms as PowerBI or Tableau. Knowledge of Snowflake is preferred.
- Experience working in a regional role is preferable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft ‘s tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint & Thinkcell are a must). Must be an excellent user of Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas and macros.
- Fluent in English.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.
