Your tasks

• Act as the Product Owner for the Finance and Logistics (ERP) team, ensuring efficient and value-driven delivery of key business outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to gather and challenge requirements.
• Collaborate with agile teams to define user stories, features, and ensure proper alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize strong product ownership experience to drive effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Support and act as a change agent in the organization’s agile-at-scale transformation journey, leveraging prior experience to guide teams through transition.
• Manage and oversee ERP-related products with a focus on PeopleSoft (Finance) and JD Edwards (Logistics), ensuring that solutions meet business needs and expectations.

Must have competences

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a proven track record in Finance and Logistics ERP systems.
• Certified SAFE Product Owner / Agile Practitioner is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in prioritization, backlog management, and a proven ability to challenge and balance competing requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft (Finance) and JD Edwards (Logistics), is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and contribute to the company’s agile transformation as a change agent.

• Remote work is only possible out of Switzerland
