Pour une fédération internationale à Genève, nous recherchons un / e :

Talent Acquisition Manager pour une mission de 6 mois

Date d'entrée : août ou septembre

Vous pilotez les recrutements – de la définition des besoins à l’intégration des talents – et contribuez à structurer les processus et mettre en place des outils de pilotage RH de haut niveau.

Responsabilités principales :

Recrutement :

  • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour des postes variés (locaux et internationaux).
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les managers pour comprendre les besoins, rédiger les fiches de poste et définir les stratégies de sourcing.
  • Identifier et attirer des profils rares via des canaux innovants (LinkedIn, job boards spécialisés, réseaux, etc.).
  • Conduire les entretiens, coordonner les évaluations et assurer une expérience candidat fluide et engageante.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance liés au recrutement (temps de recrutement, qualité des embauches, diversité, etc.).

Structuration & Process RH

  • Formaliser et optimiser les processus de recrutement et d’intégration.
  • Développer le programme d’onboarding existant pour en faire un parcours structuré, engageant et mesurable.
  • Créer des outils RH clairs : checklists, templates, guides à destination des managers et des nouveaux collaborateurs.

    • Pilotage stratégique & Data RH

  • Mettre en place des tableaux de bord RH avec des KPIs pertinents.
  • Produire des analyses et rapports pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.
  • Participer à des projets RH transverses.

    • Profil recherché :

  • Minimum 5 / 7 ans d’expérience en recrutement dans un contexte international ou multiculturel.
  • Maîtrise des outils de sourcing, ATS et des outils d’analyse de données
  • Excellente communication en anglais (obligatoire) ; Français courant
  • Esprit analytique, sens de l’organisation, et orientation résultats.

    • Home office : 2 days a week
