Product & Training Manager - Fine watches

For over 175 years, Tiffany & Co. has combined the precision of Swiss watchmaking with the creative spirit of its finest jewelry collections.
In full expansion, the teams of the Geneva-based watchmaking division are actively working on the development of new timepieces combining aesthetics, design and elegance.

MISSIONS
As part of the watch division, the Product & Training Manager actively participates in developing the Maison's watch product content and training courses, as well as coordinating the Retail Learning Department.
She / he will aim to contribute to the creation of training materials and tools for the watch category in various formats.
Content creation :
- Align and coordinate content needs for product related topics.
- Gather and produce visual assets, product details, and know-how in collaboration with stakeholders from Merchandising, Product Development, & PR departments.
- Create materials for all watch collections, ranging from core models to special editions and high-end pieces, aligned with the product launch calendar and High Jewelry (HJ) events.
- Engage in significant content writing tasks, including product descriptions, storytelling elements, client benefits, etc.
- Develop digital training content utilizing various software platforms and digitize existing content.
- Proactively create new formats and tools.
Training :
- Build awareness and trust around watches.
- Contribute to define and implement the training strategy for Retail and HQ.
- Contribute to the organization of training events.
- Liaise with the Global Learning & Development (L&D) team in NYC, as well as with external service providers (Translation agency, Design agency, Video creation studio, etc.).
- Lead in animating the local trainers around the world on watches.
- Act as the voice of watches within the Global training community.
- Monitor training KPIs, global and regional action plans.
- Measure the impact of training on sales performance and motivation.
- Monitor the training budget
PROFILE
- Higher education or masters in marketing or business
- Bilingual level in French and English required, with excellent writing skills
- 5-year experience - mandatory - in luxury, preferably in Jewelry or Watchmaking marketing, retail or training
- Great product sensitivity and pronounced taste for watchmaking
- Strong appetite for training and digital
- Perfect mastery of the Office Pack (PowerPoint), Photoshop, and any design learning tools would be a plus.
