VOTRE MISSION : RÉALISER DES RAPPORTS D'ANALYSE AFIN DE SOUTENIR LA DATA OPERATION ET LA BI

En tant que Data Scientist Growth Marketing vous serez en charge de :

  • Réaliser des projets stratégiques clés tels que le développement de nouveaux KIP's marketing ;
  • Effectuer des analyses de bout en bout (collecte de données, l'analyse, la visualisation et la présentation aux parties prenantes clés) ;
  • Utiliser ces analyses et les techniques statistiques pour développer des solutions visant à optimiser l'acquisition, l'expérience et la rétention des clients ;
  • Être force de proposition sur des choix stratégiques pour développer la stack technique afin de piloter les futures opérations de marketing ;
  • Analyser et comprendre l'acquisition et le comportement des clients pour aider à orienter la stratégie marketing ;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes IT et business developper pour mener à bien les projets.

    • VOTRE PROFIL : DATA SCIENTIST GROWTH MARKETING

    Must have :

  • Vous êtes diplômé d'un master en statistiques, mathématiques appliquées, informatique, recherche opérationnelle ou toute discipline quantitative pertinente ;
  • Vous avez au minimum 2 ans d'expérience ;
  • Vous êtes en mesure de faire des reporting efficaces aux équipes commerciales ;
  • Vous avez une expérience dans l’apprentissage automatique applicable aux stratégies de marketing ;
  • Vous avez la capacité à tirer des déductions, à quantifier l'incertitude / le risque et à recommander des actions ;
  • Vous avez une expérience avec des serveurs distants, Linux et git.
  • Vous avez une solide expérience avec des logiciels statistiques (par exemple, Python, R ) et des langages de base de données ( SQL ).
  • Vous avez une expérience avec Google Analytics et / ou d'autres outils de tracking .
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et vous n'avez pas peur de relever des challenges dans un environnement agile.
  • Vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais et une bonne connaissance du français.

    • Nice to have :

  • Vous avez une première expérience concluante dans le milieu de la finance ou de la banque
  • Vous avez une expérience professionnelle avérée dans le soutien des stratégies marketing avec une méthodologie "Data-Driven".
  • Une expérience avec un outil de visualisation tel que Shiny, Dash ou Flask est un plus.
  • Vous avec une compréhension de base des processus financiers
