  • e par l’automobile et le service client haut de gamme ? Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une solide organisation et une capacité à gérer les imprévus avec calme et rigueur ? Alors ce poste est fait pour vous.

Carfleet, spécialiste de la gestion de flotte automobile, recherche un

  • e Fleet Coordinator pour l’un de ses clients, une entreprise multinationale de renom située à Lausanne. Vous serez basé
  • e à temps plein dans leurs bureaux.

    • Vos missions

  • Coordination opérationnelle de la flotte de véhicules de fonction et de pool
  • Suivi des maintenances, services et entretiens via la plateforme du client
  • Gestion des livraisons et retours de véhicules en leasing
  • Gestion des véhicules de pool : état, maintenance, attribution aux conducteurs
  • Organisation des changements de pneus saisonniers
  • Suivi des sinistres et coordination avec les assurances
  • Suivi des démarches administratives : enregistrements, taxes routières, etc.
  • Mise à jour régulière des données kilométriques
  • Communication proactive avec les différents départements de l’entreprise

    • Vos compétences

    Compétences techniques

  • Formation dans le domaine de l’automobile (mécanique un atout)
  • Très à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Expérience dans la gestion de flotte (minimum 2 ans recommandé)
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais (C2) à l’oral comme à l’écrit

    • Compétences personnelles

  • Sens du service premium, contact fluide avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau
  • Autonomie, rigueur, fiabilité
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à rester calme en toute circonstance
  • Proactivité, orientation solution, esprit d’initiative
  • Aime les gens, la communication, le terrain
