We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland, this role will be a mix of controlling and accounting tasks.

Finance Manager’s responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls
Oversee internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures
Prepare the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAP
Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
Implement systems to improve controls and efficiency
Establish and submit tax returns
Provide business partnering support to local and international markets

Requirements

Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
Experience in controlling is a strong asset
Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Fluent in English and good German at a minimum is required, French is a plus
Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and results oriented
Analytical and detail-oriented
Perform well under pressure
