Your role will consist of coordinating the payroll activities for several countries.

• Coordinate payroll with payroll providers of different countries and with HR,
• Contact with employees from different countries (cultures), payroll providers and with HR,
• Verify and track non-technical payroll information (changes, including new hires, terminations, bonuses etc),
• Review and oversee the work of external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance,
• Manage the Payroll mailbox, providing timely responses to queries from employees, HR, and payroll providers, or directing them to the appropriate colleagues,
• Work with payroll providers and HR to streamline and enhance process efficiencies,
• Support and drive the execution of various projects.
• Confirmed experience in Administrative Coordination in an international environment,
• A previous experience in Payroll and / or in HR or finance is NOT required,
• Excellent ability to coordinate, follow-up, track activities and information,,
• Strong ability to communicate with people, to drive people and to build relationships,
• High organizational competences, methodical and structured personality,
• Fluency / proficiency in English and other European languages such as French, German, Italian, are assets,
• Ability to work with people from different cultures,
• Proficiency on MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience on ERP and office tools,
