HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.
We are looking for an innovative Designer specialising in Men's Bodywear, Nightwear, and Loungewear to join our dynamic Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit. This role offers the opportunity to shape future collections through the following key responsibilities :
What you can expect :
- Identify seasonal trends and moods tailored to Men's Bodywear, Nightwear, and Loungewear collections for the HUGO brand;
- Boost and drive the evolution of concepts, colors and graphic stories, ensuring style and fabric innovation while aligning with company briefs and maintaining product category consistency with HUGO DNA;
- Guide the design process by adhering to schedules, deadlines, and target costs, while effectively negotiating prices;
- Attend trade shows and collaborate with manufacturers to source, select, and develop innovative fabrics, yarns, and trimmings;
- Create detailed technical sheets and renderings to guarantee development precision and implement them in the Product Lifecycle Management System;
- Facilitate the product development process to ensure style fit and sample compliance.
