Il Gruppo Damiani, tra i principali player internazionali nel settore della gioielleria di alta gamma, per il potenziamento del team IT siamo alla ricerca di un IT Support & Junior System Administrator che operi come ponte tra business e tecnologia.

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team IT e lavorerà a stretto contatto con il responsabile della funzione, colleghi senior e consulenti esterni, si occuperà sia del supporto tecnico quotidiano agli utenti (Sedi e Boutiques), sia della gestione operativa di infrastrutture di rete e sistemi in affiancamento al Senior System Administrator.

Responsabilità e Mansioni

1. Helpdesk & End-User Support (L1/L2)

  • Risoluzione remota e in loco di problematiche Hardware e Software.
  • Gestione del portale di ticketing e delle chiamate degli utenti.
  • Configurazione, installazione e manutenzione di PC, Mobile (iOS/Android) e stampanti (MFP, fiscali e di cartellini).
  • Gestione del magazzino e dell'inventario del materiale informatico.

2. Modern Management & Identity

  • Gestione, configurazione ed enrollment dei dispositivi aziendali tramite Microsoft Intune.
  • Gestione del ciclo di vita completo delle utenze (Onboarding/Offboarding): creazione e disattivazione account su Active Directory, Office 365, SAP e applicativi aziendali.
  • Gestione delle autorizzazioni sulle cartelle di rete (File Server), SAP e applicativi aziendali.

3. Junior System & Network Administration

  • Gestione dei server di stampa e dei centralini VoIP.
  • Configurazione delle code di stampa per cartellini su sistemi IBMi e SAP.
  • Gestione operativa della sicurezza di primo livello: analisi alert EDR/XDR, Antispam e relativo supporto.
  • Supporto alle attività di IT Auditing attraverso l'estrazione tecnica dei log e la verifica periodica degli accessi.
  • Gestione di host e indirizzi IP sui sistemi di monitoring aziendali per garantirne la raggiungibilità e le performance.

4. Retail Support & Network Roll-out

  • Configurazione, installazione e attivazione in loco dell'infrastruttura IT per le nuove aperture.
  • Apertura e gestione dei ticket di guasto verso gli Internet Provider.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Diploma ad indirizzo Informatico/Tecnico, Laurea in discipline informatiche o esperienza equivalente.
  • Esperienza pregressa (2-3 anni) in ruoli di Helpdesk L2, Junior System Administrator o IT Specialist.
  • Buona conoscenza degli ambienti Windows Server, Active Directory e Microsoft365.
  • Familiarità con piattaforme di Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferibilmente Microsoft Intune.
  • Conoscenza base di networking (routing, switching, AP).
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Forte predisposizione al lavoro in team, ottime doti relazionali e capacità di interfacciarsi con utenti di diversi livelli aziendali.
  • Flessibilità e piena disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed internazionale.
