Your Opportunity Location : Stabio (20% smart working) As an IT Business Analyst, you will be a member of the Planning and Consolidated application maintenance and development services support team, and you will focus your responsibilities on projects and application maintenance aimed at users located in all areas of the world where the Zegna Group operates. How will You contribute - Technical support on Planning and Consolidation applications and resolution of related problems; - Implementation of evolutions on systems and / or coordination of supplier activities in the development and evolutionary maintenance phases of application solutions; - Drafting of the technical specifications necessary for the evolution and maintenance of the systems; - Coordination of supplier activities in the development and evolutionary maintenance phases of application solutions; - Support to users in the testing and training phases for the start-up and use of new features and new applications; - Technical support for users and resolution of related problems; - Management of relationships with internal customers. Who you are You are a professional with strong data analysis and team working skills, with experience understanding business processes and mature project management skills. You have : Degree in Economics or Engineering or Computer science (or similar); At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the IT function of structured companies and / or consultancy companies; In-depth knowledge of the SAP BPC system (knowledge of the main EPM tools will be considered a plus); Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English; Willing to travel.
