To strengthen our Supply Network & Planning Team, we are currently looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (Maternity Cover 50%).
Position summary
The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist reports directly to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager and plays a key role in managing relationships with customers and partners. The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of orders and forecasts, ensuring their accurate execution from both organizational and logistical perspectives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain in the system orders received from domestic customers, transmit them to external warehouse and monitor delivery punctuality, issue related invoices on daily basis.
- Communicate critical supply issues to customers.
- Manage and monitor orders received from international partners, ensuring the ERP system is consistently updated; transfer orders to Production Planning team and confirm feasibility to partners in terms of delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update the order portfolio and related revenue plan, preparing reports and analyses.
- Issue invoices and logistics documentation and coordinate product collection including compliance with export procedures and order fulfilment requirements.
- Oversee import and export logistics activities requested by internal departments.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
- High level of autonomy, flexibility and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Switzerland
