Un(e) Service Delivery Manager H/F
Le Service Delivery Manager a pour mission d’atteindre les objectifs qui lui ont été fixés par sa direction. Il est responsable d’un centre d’expertise. Il est le garant de l’application et du déploiement des politiques humaines, économiques et des solutions techniques d’ADP pour les collaborateurs et les clients internes et finaux qui lui sont confiés.
Vous assurez la fonction de Service Delivery Manager de la Suisse dans le cadre de notre engagement de service. Vous encadrez une équipe. Vos activités se déclinent sur quatre axes majeurs :
- Du pilotage de l’activité et des hommes ;
- Du pilotage de la relation et du service apportés aux clients internes et finaux ;
- De contribuer dans son périmètre aux objectifs financiers de son activité, par le pilotage maîtrisé de ses charges de gestion, la contribution à la préservation du chiffre d’affaires et à son développement ;
- De relayer la stratégie d’ADP en inscrivant son périmètre dans les projets stratégiques de développements d’organisation, déploiements technologiques et évolutions d’offres et de services aux clients internes et finaux portés par l’entreprise.
Profil:
De formation supérieure Bac+4/5, vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 5ans dans un poste similaire. Votre expérience vous a permis de développer une expertise sur la paie, le déclaratif, la RH et de leurs enjeux au sein d’une société. Vous connaissez le métier de gestionnaires de paie ainsi que ses composantes techniques et relationnels. Vous maitrisez Pack Office et possédez un niveau d’anglais courant.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités à animer et développer une équipe (motiver, suivre, responsabiliser, développer, recadrer), à insuffler un esprit d’équipe tout en organisant le travail et les priorités d’une équipe, à créer des processus et à les déployer et à imaginer des solutions innovantes.
Vous possédez un excellent relationnel et un grand sens de l’écoute Vous possédez également un grand sens de la relation Client et savez faire preuve de persévérance, capacité à organiser et travailler sous contraintes, autonomie et prise d’initiatives.
