A leading international trust and fiduciary services firm is seeking an organised and motivated professional to support their new Senior Trust Administrator in Geneva.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining client records, statutory documents, and meeting minutes.

  • Support the opening and closing of bank accounts and review incoming client funds.

  • Liaise with bankers on remittances, deposits, and investment transactions under supervision.

  • Prepare correspondence, investment review minutes, and basic resolutions.

  • Update internal systems accurately and ensure adherence to timekeeping and service standards.

  • Develop familiarity with company policies and contribute to efficient client service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship or professional diploma.

  • 2 years experience within a Trust.
  • Fluent in Business English; additional languages (French, Russian, Chinese, or Spanish) an asset.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative attitude.

  • Ability to manage short-term priorities and maintain service quality in a team environment.
