We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure and provide hands-on technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, with specific expertise in managing our network system and Google Workspace. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations.

The LeeGroup is a fast-growing D2C company from Lucerne. We produce and sell the best nutritional supplements and skincare products in Switzerland.

Tasks

• Infrastructure & Network Management : Manage IT assets and network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, badges and printers. This involves setting up new devices (like the Zebra printer) and ensuring proper documentation, configuration, and compliance with security standards.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting : Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• User & Access Management : Administer user accounts and access rights within Google Workspace, Odoo ERP, Shopify and others. Ensure the proper setup and management of email addresses, shared drives, and security settings.
• Security & Compliance : Implement and monitor security best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to propose enhancements and ensure the overall security of IT operations.
