Stellenbeschreibung
  • Acting as the primary contact point for the leadership team, clients, and external partners
  • Complex calendar management and prioritization of appointments for the Founder, CEO, and CFO
  • Coordinating, leading, and mentoring administrative support professionals across different locations
  • Drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, handling logistics, and providing on-site or remote support
  • Overseeing office management, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination in Zug and remote offices
  • Managing and processing incoming invoices, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems for administrative and financial documentation
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting C-level executives or office management in a dynamic, international environment
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive demeanour
  • Familiarity with invoice processing or basic accounting tools
  • Experience managing office operations or facilities across multiple locations
  • Previous exposure to the financial services or fintech industry
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Self-starter with a high degree of ownership
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools to streamline workflows
