Corporate administrator
- Respond to KYC requests;
- Preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
- Preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
- Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
- Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 to 5 years in a similar position in a family office, trust company or similar company;
- Excellent command of English and French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
You will join a very welcoming and friendly team and be based in the city centre of Geneva.
Moreover, you will work on various topics and be able to focus on your tasks and take time to carefully complete the tasks without having the pressure of the time-sheet.
