Position Overview

As a WAM Technology Senior Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center (SDC) in San Antonio, TX. You will work as part of a project team and be responsible for the design, build / configuration, testing, automation, analysis, delivery, and support of solutions to solve technical and business problems in the rapidly changing Wealth and Asset Management industry.

Essential Functions of the Job :

  • Support WAM clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions.
  • Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications.
  • Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

  • Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing.
  • Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages.
  • Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate understanding of current technology environment and industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI / CD pipelines).
  • Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD / BDD environment.

    • What we offer :

    We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $66,300 to $135,400.

    Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
