Your contribution to KPMG

• Manage all entry and exit processes of employees including work permit requests and writing reference letters in English and French
• Draw up documents such as contracts, changes of contract, confirmations of employment, training agreements, repayment obligations, unpaid leave agreement, agreements in case of maternity and paternity leave
• Advise and provide information to employees and line managers about our internal rules and regulations; e.g. flexible working requests, relocation, regulation for expenses, training policies, etc.
• Work closely with the Recruitment team for the onboarding process and contribute to a smooth candidate experience
• Collaborate side by side with the HR Business Partner to ensure that the needs of employees and stakeholders are addressed in the most effective manner
• Support team members during their busier periods, taking on deputy-role during their vacation absences
• Take a personal responsibility to contribute in Swiss-wide HR projects and continuously improving the quality of HR ASC work
• Take charge of coordinating internal events such as Alumni gatherings, Welcome Days and Kids Day

You will act as the first contact point for all HR administrative matters along the employee life-cycle in your business area, taking ownership of all straightforward employee cases.
