For our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, we are seeking an IT Change & Release Manager. Join a forward-thinking team that focuses on driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within the industry.
Tasks
- Manage the operational change and release process, working closely with product owners and service managers both internally and externally.
- Oversee release planning and coordination for large projects, ensuring integration with test infrastructure in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Define and continuously improve the release and change processes, providing staff training and optimizing tool usage (e.g., Jira, Ky2help).
- Take responsibility for preparing and conducting release tests.
- Ensure compliance by overseeing the rollout of previously tested and approved components.
- Continuously develop and enhance test processes and methodologies, with a focus on the role of the test manager.
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training in IT, with additional qualifications in change / release or test management (e.
g., ITIL, Scrum, ISTQB).
- Extensive experience in change / release management and a strong background in coordinating between business and IT, including working with external partners.
- Preferred practical experience in test management.
- Excellent organizational, conceptual, and communication skills in German, with English proficiency as an added advantage.
