  • Un(e) stagiaire key account assistant

Vous souhaitez appliquer vos connaissances théoriques et développer une véritable expérience professionnelle ? Notre entreprise partenaire vous offre l'opportunité de valoriser vos compétences dans un environnement stimulant.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

  • Suivi quotidien des KPI's de l'équipe, mise à jour des tableaux de bord
  • Aide à la conversion, soutenir l'équipe accoung manager sur toutes les étapes du processus de réservation, de la qualification au closing
  • Vérifier la disponibilité et les prix des propriétés demandées par les prospects
  • Collecter les informations nécessaires à la rédaction des contrats locataires et propriétaires
  • S'assurer du bon versement des différents montants relatifs à la réservation
  • Récupérer les éventuels retour de la part des propriétaires après le départ des locataires
  • Assurer le rendu des cautions

    • PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Tu parles anglais, et une seconde langue comme l'italien ou l'espagnol serait un atout
  • Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de passer d'une mission à l'autre avec agilité. La proactivité et la prise d'initiative te caractérisent, et tu réalises chaque tâche avec un sens aigu de la rigueur
  • Doté(e) d'une grande capacité d'analyse, tu maîtrises Excel et sais synthétiser des informations pour les communiquer de manière claire et concise
  • Tu disposes d'un excellent relationnel, avec une facilité à écouter et à échanger
  • Ta personnalité dynamique, ton implication et ton intérêt pour le secteur du luxe font de toi un(e) candidat(e) idéal(e)
