The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

We are looking for a Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit. Our department belongs to the Bank’s Technology & Operations division, which provides a broad range of custodian and fund administration services. Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.

Your role

• Executing subscription and transfer orders for private equity funds and private placements.
• Booking transactions after confirmation.
• Operating the organized trading facility of private assets funds interests.
• Resolving issues arising from position reconciliation and clients’ guarantees.
• Coordinating the receipt of distributions in kind.
• Preparing customized transaction advices.
• Managing risks associated with private assets operations.
