Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW private clients. Originate new client relationships through an established personal and professional network. Drive net new money and contribute directly to the continued expansion of the Wealth Management business. Advise clients on portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment solutions according to their objectives and risk profile. Deliver tailored discretionary and advisory wealth management solutions within an open-architecture environment. Leverage the firm's oader investment capabilities to provide differentiated solutions to sophisticated private clients. Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, families, family offices and other private wealth clients. Work closely with Investment Management, Product, Compliance and senior management to deliver high-quality client solutions. Established network of HNW/UHNW clients and demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships. Existing client portfolio / network representing a minimum potential of approximately CHF 50 million in assets. Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate net new money and build a client franchise. Excellent understanding of investment products, portfolio construction and the expectations of sophisticated private clients. Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. Strong interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to develop trusted long-term relationships with private clients. International mindset and established exposure to one or several relevant client markets. Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
