As Commissioning Director, based in Nyon (VD), you will lead the commissioning of large-scale hyperscale data centres across Switzerland. You will manage the full programme "” from design validation to final handover "” ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Vos missions

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver commissioning programmes aligned with Microsoft / Stack milestones.
  • Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, controls, vendors).
  • Act as main interface with clients and stakeholders at executive level.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss & international standards (QA / QC, FAT, SAT, IST).
  • Anticipate risks, manage budgets, and promote a proactive safety culture.

Votre profil

Profile

  • 10+ years in commissioning mission-critical facilities (Tier III / Tier IV).
  • 4+ years' direct experience with Microsoft projects.
  • Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent English (French an asset).
  • Based in Switzerland with flexibility to travel.
