Dear network, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Part-Time (50%) in Pharma!

The ideal candidate lives in Lucerne, can work at least 2 days / week at the office, speaks fluent German and English and has minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (or similar).

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and enhance multiple digital channels and touchpoints
• Craft engaging, targeted campaigns to drive lead generation
• Create dynamic content, analyze performance, and continually optimize
• Drive digital transformation in pharma with innovative strategies

Ideal Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications

5+ years in digital marketing, with a hands-on approach

Proficiency with WordPress VIP for managing websites and landing pages

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (newsletters & content creation)

Skilled in SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising

Creative in campaign strategy with a strong focus on analytics

Tech savvy and comfortable with modern marketing tools

Multilingual : German & English (required); French / Italian (bonus)
