Your contribution to KPMG

• Be responsible for Inbox-, calendar- and time management as well as travel planning for our auditors
• Plan internal and external meetings, including all relevant bookings and on-site support
• Support in the preparation of audit reports, invoices, and correspondence
• Be local contact for IT and facility management inquiries and manage the reception and welcome desk as well
• Compose presentations in PowerPoint and create tables and evaluations in Excel
• Maintain and upkeep the CRM
• Take on deputy role for other team members in the Back Office

This is what makes you successful

• More than 4 years of professional experience in the administrative field
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Fluent in Italian with excellent communication abilities in English and optimal knowledge of German
• Service-oriented approach and a strong "can-do" attitude
• Detail-oriented and conscientious working style, with the ability to quickly analyze and understand information
• Resilient, responsible, and flexible person with the ability to think ahead
• True team player with the ability to work independently
