Le principali RESPONSABILITA' attribuite alla risorsa :

  • Oversee all F&B services, focusing on the Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Act as brand ambassador, nurturing strong guest relationships.
  • Curate the wine list, manage the cellar, and execute expert pairings.
  • Train, guide and inspire a team of 6 to deliver excellence and cohesion.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with SLH, Forbes, hygiene and brand standards.

    • I REQUISITI essenziali per ricoprire la posizione :

  • Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, preferably within 5
  • L hotels.
  • Sommelier certification or strong wine knowledge.
  • Dedication to luxury service, precision and guest satisfaction.
  • Natural leader with hands-on approach and collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; German or French is a plus.
  • Swiss or EU work permit, or eligibility to obtain one.
