How you can make an impact
- Responsibly manage our Outlook Calendar and schedule, and make sure to keep our CRM tool reliably up to date
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for our Partners, e. g. by organizing and booking national and international travel arrangements, arranging and coordinating meetings, being responsible for expenses reimbursement & time reports, and dealing with various administrative tasks such as managing the mail, databases and archives
- Creatively find the right words and layouts for our letters, memos, spreadsheets, reports, and MS PowerPoint presentations
- Cooperate collaboratively with other team members and business units, e. g. by supporting internal and / or external marketing
- Prepare and send invoices, and perform different procedures linked with our clients
Who we are looking for
- You have a positive, can do attitude, enjoy team work (both in person and remotely), love providing a top-level client service, can be trusted with sensitive information / matters of discretion, are great at managing time & workload priorities, and, in addition to excellent organizational and communication skills, you have the following qualifications :
- Degree / professional training in business administration
- Up to 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
- Proficient use of the Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Fluency in English and German
