- Drafting and negotiating contracts related to CXM (such as website development and app creation), personal data processing, and other agreements.
- Advising on intellectual property law, particularly in the IT sector (e.g., software development), and handling competition law matters.
- Collaborating closely with various business units to provide legal guidance and training.
- Managing data protection matters, with strong knowledge of GDPR and Swiss data protection laws.
- Supporting issues concerning temporary employment, nearshoring, and offshoring.
- Developing practical legal solutions in cooperation with business stakeholders.
- Leading and coordinating with external legal counsel and consultants.
- Delivering employee training sessions on key legal topics.
- Experience with media service agreements is advantageous.
- Familiarity with labor law is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Swiss bar admission would be a strong plus
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department.
- Deep understanding of processes within globally operating companies.
- Expertise in intellectual property and data protection law.
- Sound knowledge of corporate law.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with the business as a strategic partner.
- Results-driven with an efficient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and German; French is a plus.
- High resilience and flexibility, with immediate availability.
