Tasks
As the Sales Director for Power Cables and Telecommunication at Aritec, you will lead our global sales strategy, focusing on building long-term client relationships and driving value through our innovative synthetic fiber solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strategic sales skills, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and enhance product quality. With regular travel and representing Aritec at industry events, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious growth targets in the construction sector.
Experience and a strong network within the energy industry for power cables and in Telecommunication are a must for this role.
- Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate long-term customer relationships with an emphasis on "Value Selling Proposals" to communicate the unique benefits of our products.
- Client Acquisition and Support : Actively acquire, manage, and provide expert consulting for potential and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with client needs.
- Proposal Development and Promotion : Develop and promote value-driven proposals that align with client project requirements and Aritec’s goals.
- Market Expansion : Identify and explore new opportunities to expand product applications, further enhancing the reach and relevance of Aritec’s solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with R&D to support project development, quality improvements, and strategic contract negotiations for customer satisfaction and product enhancement.
- Contract and Pricing Management : Assist in contract discussions, pricing strategies, and approval processes, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting : Define and review annual sales goals, long-term revenue forecasts, and ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Market Representation : Represent Aritec at key industry events and trade fairs, promoting our offerings and building new business relationships.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Design and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive revenue.
- Business Travel : Engage in business travels to strengthen client relationships and explore new market opportunities.
