Senior HR Business Partner – Director, Europe Cluster based in Zug, Switzerland
Overview
We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical organization in a strong growth phase to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner based in Zug. The role provides HR leadership across a diverse European cluster with countries in the South and North, like Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, and partners closely with a strategically critical global Medical function.
The position combines strategic HR partnership with implementation of best-in-class HR practices and operational excellence, supporting continued growth and scalability in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior regional and global leaders
- Translate business strategy into effective people, organization, and talent solutions
- Implement and embed scalable HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Drive consistency and operational excellence across multiple European markets
