What to Expect

  • Flexible work hours, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
  • Expertise in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Responsibility for cash register, daily, and monthly closings with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Passionate guest reception and care to ensure an unforgettable experience.
  • Modern feedback management that views problems as opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting and training staff in accordance with internal guidelines and standards for the front office.
  • Performing supervisory duties with a focus on efficiency and quality.

IMPORTANT

Language skills: Fluent English and minimum B2 in German

Working in Switzerland: B or C permit or EU nationality ONLY
