What You Will Do

Responsible for the holistic and service-oriented management of existing and new clients within the framework of proactive account management.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery, while monitoring account performance and aligning solutions with client needs and business objectives.
Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships.
Driving commercial growth through upselling and cross-selling of market data services and value-added analytics offerings.
Initiate and support client audits and assisting the external auditor in the preparation and execution of audit activities.

What You Bring

Proven experience in the financial services industry (3-8 years).
Solid background in the market data domain (e.g. data vendor, exchange or bank).
Experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Fluent in German and English (both verbal & writing), Spanish or French is a plus.
