Product Manager

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Product Manager to help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today.

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️

As a Product Manager, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle, from research and ideation to validation, development, and launch. You’ll also help drive go-to-market execution by contributing to positioning, messaging, and launch planning in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales. Your work will focus on ensuring our products stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Requirements

• Drive product discovery & validation — research, prototype, develop, test, launch, and continuously improve our offerings.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, actionable roadmaps that are aligned with business priorities
• Drive the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and proactively resolving blockers.
• Understand the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Stay on top of trends and their impact on building secure and trustworthy AI systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align execution with business goals.
• Drive creation of sales & marketing materials, including product factsheets, sales decks, and website content.
• Continuously improve processes, fostering a strong connection between Engineering and other departments.

What you’ll bring to our team?

• 5 + years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and/or enterprise software.
• Strong execution skills, ensuring product initiatives are delivered on time by proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Experience working across technical and commercial functions, collaborating with Engineering, Sales & Marketing.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product launches in a global or mid-market B2B environment.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from market trends and customer feedback.
• Ownership mindset—you take initiative, drive impact, and thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment.
• Technical background preferred (CS, engineering, math, or a related field).
• Prior experience in ML, AI, or MLOps.

• Experience in B2B SaaS products or working in an early-stage startup.
