Stellenbeschreibung

  1. 10 15 years of experience in system-level engineering, system architecture, or product development for complex electro-mechanical platforms involving Digital design, power electronics, controls, validation, and compliance.
  2. Experience in handling high-power semiconductor test systems, complex test instrumentation, high-voltage/high-current systems, pulsed-power systems, or fast-switching power electronics platforms.
  3. Ability to understand and define complete system architecture across power electronics, hardware interfaces, firmware/control logic, protection systems, sensing circuits, mechanical constraints, safety, compliance, and validation domains.
  4. Ability to coordinate multi-mode test platforms, where the same hardware is reconfigured through switches, relays, control logic, sensing circuits, and protection mechanisms for different test scenarios.
  5. Strong capability to define and review system-level requirements, architecture, interface mapping, technical dependencies, and operating sequences, including pre-charge, charge, discharge, test enable, fault detection, protection trigger, shutdown, interlock, emergency-off, and safe-state transitions.
  6. Good understanding of power electronics protection and safety concepts, including short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, fast fault detection, safe shutdown, energy discharge paths, interlock logic, and protection coordination between hardware and control systems.
  7. Ability to define and review interface requirements between controller boards, power hardware, protection boards, sensors, relay/switch circuits, monitoring systems, communication interfaces, and safety/interlock circuits.
  8. Experience in identifying and managing system-level risks related to high-energy operation, incorrect sequencing, protection delay, electromagnetic noise, signal integrity, cable/interface reliability, hardware robustness, manufacturability, serviceability, safety, and compliance readiness.
  9. Capability to guide and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including power supply engineers, hardware engineers, firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, validation engineers, EMC/safety/compliance engineers, and documentation teams across development, integration, prototype testing, validation, and handover phases.
  10. Ability to act as the single point of technical coordination between customer and internal teams, translating customer requirements into clear work packages, technical action items, interface documents, requirement traceability, validation plans, risk registers, issue logs, progress reports, and technical status updates.
