Nous aidons nos clients à utiliser les nouvelles technologies logicielles et matérielles pour réorganiser leurs activités, inventer de nouveaux produits ou encore transformer leur organisation, à la recherche d'opportunités de croissance et de réduction des coûts.

Vos missions :

  • Vous êtes responsable de projets digitaux allant de la définition de la stratégie digitale des clients au déploiement en passant par la refonte de processus métier, la conception et le développement de solutions sur mesure.
  • Vous dirigez et motivez une équipe pluridisciplinaire de développeurs, business analystes et designers (y compris des tiers) tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.
  • Vous mettez en œuvre les différentes étapes du projet, dans le respect des délais et du budget.
  • Vous favorisez l'innovation au sein de notre entreprise ainsi qu'avec et chez nos clients.

Vos qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en tant que consultant en stratégie et gestion de projets digitaux.
  • Être titulaire d'un Master de l’une des grandes universités européennes (EPFL, ETH, HEC,…), de préférence en informatique, en commerce ou dans un domaine scientifique ou technique.
  • Savoir communiquer avec différentes parties prenantes dans une grande organisation complexe avec des profils métiers et techniques.
  • Faire preuve d’excellentes aptitudes de communication, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit..
  • Avoir une expérience avec différentes méthodes de gestion de projet (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Safe, Hermes…).
  • Maîtriser le français et l’anglais à l'écrit comme à l’oral, niveau C1. L'allemand est un atout.
  • Avoir une appétence pour les systèmes d’information, l’innovation technologique et le digital.
