We are looking for a

Product Manager (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our Product Management and help shape the future of our products at our location in Chiasso (Switzerland) - flexible working conditions available

In this role, you will guide the creation of new features end-to-end—from gathering requirements to assessing business impact. You will collaborate closely with our development teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Finance, Account Management, and Marketing). You will report directly to the Product Management Lead.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements, define new product features, and manage the product backlog.
• Facilitate prioritization and maintain clear communication with business stakeholders.
• Shape the product using qualitative and quantitative insights, validating hypotheses with a datadriven approach.
• Define and monitor business KPIs, and take action when necessary.
• Work closely with an agile development team to ensure continuous delivery of value.

What Will Help You Succeed

• At least 3+ years of experience in product management or in a related role ( , Product Owner, Project Manager).
• Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation in a fastpaced environment.
• Agile mindset and solid understanding of modern product development and delivery practices.
• Familiarity with agile software development frameworks ( , Scrum or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

How to Stand Out

• Experience in e?commerce, digital payments, or banking.
• Some technical knowledge ( , understanding of APIs, basic data analysis, or familiarity with software architecture concepts) will give you an edge.
• Fluency in English, plus working knowledge of Italian and/or German.
