StellenbeschreibungDiplôme ou formation dans le domaine de la logistique et du transport international. Expérience de 3 année minimum sur un poste similaire. La connaissance du transport maritime est obligatoire pour ce poste. Langue maternelle française avec d'excellentes connaissances en anglais (C1 au minimum). Vous êtes rigoureux, précis et impliqué dans votre travail.
Pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise internationale en fort développement, implantée dans le canton de Genève nous sommes à la recherche d'un Coordinateur Import / Export FR / ENG / (H / F) pour un contrat temporaire de longue durée à pourvoir de suite avec engagement en permanent.
L’expérience en transport maritime est obligatoire pour ce poste.
Vos Responsabilités :
- Planification et organisation des importations / exportations sur votre zone géographique.
- Être le point de contact entre les différents départements internes et les filiales à l’étranger.
- Gestion de la facturation et de l’expédition des commandes.
- Gestion d'un portefeuille grands comptes clients et de la relation avec les transitaires.
- Négociation des coûts de transports
- Préparation des importations et des exportations par voie maritime (ordres de transport, douanes, devis).
