Deine Verantwortung
- Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Azure Cloud, inklusive Lizenz-, Release- und incident Management
- Weiterentwicklung von Services und Microsoft Applikationen (M365, Dynamics, VOIP) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialisten
- Ansprechpartner für den 2nd und 3rd Level Support
- Definition von Anforderungen an die Cloud-Infrastructure in Abstimmung mit Verantwortlichen und der Fachabteilungen
- Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Azure Plattform, inklusive Lieferantenmanagement und -überprüfungen.
Deine Skills
- Abschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik auf Hochschulniveau.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Azure Cloud und MS-Applikationen, inklusive Mail-Exchange.
- Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Sicherheits-Architektur sowie fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Sicherheit.
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement in IT-Projekten.
