Job description :
The IT / OT Support Administrator provides Level 2 and Level 3 desktop and infrastructure support for a chemical manufacturing site. The position includes field service responsibilities, coordination with global IT teams, and supporting the implementation of IT and OT projects.
Key focus areas include :
- End user support (hardware, software, peripherals)
- Supporting IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Manufacturing Applications
- IT-OT integration and coordination between engineering, operations, and project teams
- Documentation, asset tracking, incident handling, and change management
- Support for industrial control systems (ICS), process control networks, and automation environments
Responsibilities
About the customer :
The role sits within the Global Field Service Organization , supporting multiple IT and Manufacturing functions, including IT Infrastructure and Operations, Security Engineering and Operations, and Manufacturing IT Applications.
The position acts as a bridge between global IT teams and the local manufacturing site , ensuring proper IT-OT integration, support and execution of both IT and manufacturing projects.
The IT / OT Systems Administrator will be part of an international team working on a 3-year project and act as the link between global IT teams and the local chemical manufacturing site. Key responsibilities include end user support, network troubleshooting, server support, documentation, asset management, and assisting with IT OT projects and system upgrades.
