Logistics & Supply Chain, EMEA Lead
The Juice Plus+ Company is a multi- million dollar competitor in the health and wellness industry, utilizing a unique combination of direct sales and e-commerce to market our carefully curated line of plant-based nutritional products and Tower Garden aeroponic growing systems in pursuit of our mission to Inspire Healthy Living Around the World.
The principal aim of the Lead, EMEA Supply Chain & Logistics role is to be our communications and administrative linchpin, coordinating both people and processes to enable our Supply & Logistics team to achieve effective and timely supply and distribution of our products.
Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of 3rd party logistics service providers
- Optimizing of the EMEA warehousing and distribution network
- Responsible for day-to-day operational business including inventory balancing between warehouse locations
- Year-end physical inventory coordination
- Coordination of planning, processes, results, projects and objectives with management and administrative areas
- Responsibility for warehousing, delivery and fulfilment, KPIs management and reporting
- Responsible for product master data management and SKU management
- Management and coordination of projects and sub-projects in collaboration with other functional departments and external service providers
- Interface with the finance department on all relevant topics in his area of responsibility
Requirements
- 3 5 years’ experience in logistics and / or supply chain essential, including working with and managing 3PL service providers
- Knowledge of import / export guidelines and procedures desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, good IT skills and ERP / MRP systems beneficial. Experience with a Global ERP implementation is a plus.
- Excellent German and English communication skills Verbal and Written
- Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a high-energy environment and ability to take initiative.
- Adept in working under pressure, maintaining accuracy and keeping to deadlines.
- Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are essential.
- Ideally, candidates will be qualified to degree level or similar.
