- Familiarity with Microsoft D365, project management methodologies and Microsoft platforms
- Proven ability to drive change and deliver results in an unstructured environment
- Strong client interface and presentation skills, coupled with robust business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and manage customer expectations
- Passion for learning with effective time management skills
