Join the engineering team of our HR domain to deliver efficient and innovate solutionsLead the engineering team in implementing and maintaining HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with best practicesManage the delivery value chain and deployment pipeline with Product Managers and Solutions Architects whilst leading engineering efforts following lean, agile, and DevOps principlesIdentify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business and technology implications based on the application of engineering methodology to the current environmentOversee and support the process of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to ensure clear and concise specifications including evaluating feasibility, identifying potential risks, and defining mitigation strategiesSupport the ongoing operation and steer incident, problem, change and request management processes

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or comparable experienceProven track record in leading and scaling engineering teams in complex environments (at least 5 to 6 years of experience)Experience in landscape modernization within transformation initiatives / projects or large-scale programs is a mustStrong sense of software quality through design, code, and testActive hands-on delivery experience in modern DevOps practices, including flow management, value stream mapping, and Agile methodologies with Azure DevOps for project management and delivery including leading agile teamsKnowledge in software programming languages (C#, Python, PowerShell, or similar) is an advantageProficient English skills in translating complex technology solutions, German is an asset
