Head of HR - SME - Zurich 80-100%
We are exclusively searching for a seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of HR for our client in Zurich. They are an SME operating in Switzerland and approximately 50 people.
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a strong background in Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Leadership Training, Recruitment, and Employer Branding.
This role is crucial in driving our new HR strategy and fostering a positive, high-performance culture within the organization.
Tasks
Compensation and Benefits :
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our offerings are competitive.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Performance Management :
- Design and oversee performance management processes to drive employee development and organizational success.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide training for managers.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Leadership Training :
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build management capabilities.
- Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Recruitment :
- Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top talent across all levels.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Employer Branding :
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage social media presence and other channels to promote our company culture with the marketing team.
- Organize and participate in business events, networking events, and other branding activities.
Requirements
Experience :
- Several years of HR experience mostly in Switzerland.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- German and English fluency.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
- Proven experience in performance management and leadership development.
- Exceptional recruitment skills with a track record of hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement practical solutions.
