Overview

The Juice PLUS+ Business Development team are responsible for guiding and coordinating partners’ activity, through analysis of their current results and helping them in planning and achieving new business goals.

This can be achieved by an outstanding understanding of our business, market and competition, adopting an analytical approach to data and through building strong, trustworthy and lasting relationships with the Partners.

Internally, BD connects mainly with regional Partner Support, Sales & Marketing teams, Compliance team as well as respective colleagues in the other markets.

Responsibilities

  • Business partner and be the first point of contact for existing leadership and performing Partners to guide them to increase their business activity levels
  • Build strong relationships with the Partner base and increase affiliation with the Juice Plus+ Company
  • Structure work with Partners in a clear, focused and transparent manner
  • Hold individual Planning Sessions with identified key Partners to develop their goals
  • Outline specific monthly plans for achieving business goals, coordinated with corporate activities
  • Understand and promote JP+’s products and services
  • Learn and understand all aspects of Juice Plus+ business and processes to act as a specialist in those area’s
  • Support overall JP+ Compliance efforts and defuse any potential conflicts
  • Understand and be able to train Partners in the Juice Plus+ Compensation plan
  • Focus on Leadership Development, identifying new and upcoming leaders in the pipeline
  • Analyse Partner needs and market situation
  • Collect feedback from the field (salesforce), monitor sales and volume data and trends and work closely with Sales and Marketing on new projects and ideas in order to stimulate further growth in the Italian market and reach better visibility and field response
  • Create, promote and hold online and offline trainings and meetings for distributors to Business Development related topics
  • Handle month-end process and all related tasks (qualifications, recognitions, payroll control and adjustments)
  • Cooperate with and support Service Centre team with extraordinary queries
  • Support rollout and execute sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Good standard of education - commercial apprenticeship / degree calibre candidate preferred and / or experience in a sales, commercial assistance or marketing environment
  • Skilled at working individually & within an international team-oriented, collaborative environment with a proactive and trustworthy attitude.
  • Business fluent In German and English (essential)
  • Business fluent in French / Italian (advantageous)
  • Excellent organisational skills, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and empathetic ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and appropriately both internally and with our Partners (public speaking skills would be preferred)
  • Patient, good listener who is innovative, curious, and willing to learn.
  • Flexible and adaptable with can-do’ attitude; pro-active & creative approach to problem solving
  • Flexibility around work hours, and adaptable to changing workloads
  • Charismatic with ability to be the centre of positive energy and creativity.
  • Availability to travel to support events, trainings and meet Partners (this could include working overtime and / or in weekends)
  • Analytical skills : understand of data analysis and drawing conclusions and proposing appropriate measures
  • Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and planning ability
  • A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition and lifestyle
