(Assistant) Manager - Management Consulting - HR-Transformation

Then this is the job for you : We are looking for a Manager within our HR Transformation team to join us and support organizations to re-define the way their HR function operates.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Design and deliver strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of HR functions to meet business objectives
- Produce and propose solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams
- Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs and the innovation of the CoEs
- Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including hire-to-retire and all talent related processes)
- Support clients in reviewing their HR technology landscape and providing insights on market leading solutions across the HR value chain
- Collaborate and steer cross-functional projects, working together to deliver broader value to your clients
- Support building KPMG's relationship to new and existing clients
- Deliver proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients
- Participate in thought leadership papers and go to market activities
This is what makes you successful
- Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
- 4-5 years of professional experience in a HR Transformation, HR Operations or HR Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm.
Experience within Consulting is must
- Deep understanding of HR Transformation projects, including reorganizations within the HR function, HR Process optimization, HCM implementation projects, implementation of a HR shared service center or similar
- Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of HCM systems (SAP, Workday etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are necessary, French a plus
- Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines; very good communication and analytical skills
