Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition. Ihr Einsatzort wäre unser Kundenstandort, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen in Basel.

Zusammen mit Ihren KollegInnen sind Sie Teil eines unterstützenden Teams im Bereich Laboratory and Production Services .

Wir stehen unseren Kunden bezüglich jegliche Labortätigkeiten, von der Logistik bis zur wissenschaftlichen Arbeit, stehts zur Seite.

Das bringen Sie mit

• Ausbildung : Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in einem naturwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
• Berufserfahrung : Erfahrung in einem kaufmännischen Bereich
• Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten :
• Solide IT Kenntnisse (MS Office, insbesondere Excel, LIMS, etc.)
• GxP-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
• Sehr gute Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse
• Dienstleistungs-, und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

Mithilfe bei anfallenden Administrativen-, und Verwaltungsaufgaben, wie u.A. :

• Verwaltung und Kontrolle des Zwischen-und Langzeitarchivs von GxP-und sonstigen Dokumentationen Archivierung, Indexierung und Ausleihe
• Verwaltung der Laborgeräte hinsichtlich Wartungsstands und Pflege der dazugehörigen Informationen
• Probenmanagement einschließlich Archivierung, Entsorgung, Dokumentation und Gefrierschrankmanagement
• Koordination von externen Dienstleistern im Archiv-und Geräteservice
• Trainings-und Schulungsmanagement : Erstellung von Curricula, Organisation und Zuweisen an Trainings sowie Eingabe von Trainingsinformationen in das interne IT-System
• Umsetzung der durch Avantor geforderten Workflows (z.B. GEMBA Walks, ABS)
• Mitwirkung an Projekten
