Senior Trader – Delta One Structurer

BCV’s trading floor brings together 75 experts who combine their skills in four areas of activity : currencies, structured products, bonds and equities. For the structured products development and trading activity, we are looking for a Senior Trader – Delta One Structurer with the following mission and skills :

Your main missions

  • Design and structure linear investment solutions, including static, active, and dynamic certificates.
  • Manage a multi-asset book of linear products, overseeing associated market, operational, and lifecycle risks.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of issued structured products : documentation, rebalancing, corporate actions (OST), redemptions, secondary market activity, and daily operational monitoring.
  • Contribute actively to product innovation and the development of thematic investment ideas tailored to client needs.
  • Provide technical support and strategic advice to sales teams and clients, while driving process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Degree in mathematics, physics, finance, economics, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trading and structuring multi-asset linear structured products, with a strong grasp of regulatory, tax, and operational considerations.
  • Proven ability to work on the front line, collaborating closely with sales teams to craft and present investment solutions.
  • Strong programming and analytical skills (e.g. Python, Excel / VBA) and the ability to translate technical requirements to IT developers.
  • Experience with Front Arena Prime trading system is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with AMC platforms, QIS strategy structuring, and interest rate hedging is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset and a deep understanding of client profiles (independent managers, asset managers, non-issuing banks, etc.).
  • Fluent in French, with a very good command of English.
