Fluent french, excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Spanish and / or German an asset. Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of letter of credit, documentary collection orders.

Logistics and Customers Service Employee
Based in Eclépens, Switzerland, with a Worldwide scope, we have an opening for a Logistics & Customers Service Employee position –100% - permanent position.
Your responsibilities
- Receiving and entering orders into SAP, coordinating with production to confirm quantities and delivery.
- Confirmation to customers and preparation of sales contract.
- Invoicing and preparation of shipping documents.
- Organization of worldwide transport of our products, respecting time and cost criteria.
- Ensure compliance with current customs regulations.
- Check and approve invoices before forwarding them to accounting for payment.
- Order analysis & report creation.
